Bed is small compare to the bed stand every time we walk around we always hit our feet around it. Kettle cable is not up to standard dangerous there is few cuts on the cable that expose the wires not good

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is superb. Just a walking distance to Robinson and other establishments.

The breakfast buffet was not so impressive. Little variations on the food. The Deluxe room is small, however there was no problem for an upgrade as long as we pay the new room rate.

I liked the room everything is clean, swimming pool is good,we enjoyed swimming,hotel staff very humble and kind.

The last time we stay in hotel last end of March 2023 was really good the breakfast buffet I mean we liked the food we enjoyed, it's worth it. But my concern this time to be honest the breakfast buffet is really bad, It looks like carenderia food, it's better to eat outside like MacDonald's, Jollibee etc., I'm sorry just to be honest,I hope you can upgrade/improve the breakfast buffet,I mean it's not worth it the amount we payed for the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was good, they made fresh omeletts/eggs and they provided me with natural yoghurt. No granola though. Mainly Asian dishes. Great service and friendly staff! Good size room and appliances like fridge and water cocker. Shuttle to a private beach and restaurant. Great gym and pool!

room was nice and clean especially the bathroom however, the bed was kind of small

we didn't know the hotel was used to quarantine traveller's. when we reached the floor going to our rooms, there was an open ceiling dripping in the corridor. Breakfast was ok, not that impressive as well.

The room temperature/ ac is way controlled. Some linens smells off. The hallway in the 3rd flr seems unmaintained.

I found small cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom and bedroom. Management needs to get treatment to get rid of roaches.

The food & the quality of the food! I stayed here for quarantine and i ask how they will serve the breakfast and what they will serve as i can’t eat meat or anything not halal. The front desk said it’s up to the chef what he will serve that day! Then not only once, twice they served me pork, i return it and exchange it with some fish, dried fish & egg. The room service menu looks appetizing, so I ordered shrimp Lomen, and it’s not Lomen at all. It’s too salty, less veges, and with 3pcs of shrimp. Then i order munchkin its too dry and cold that it comes from the fridge. Also the three cheese sandwich, nothing special its just fair. I hope you can improve it for the better. I have been working in a hospitality industry and guests preferences is the top priority. When the guest have a food preferences this must be highly noted. Some guest might be allergic to nuts, soya or dairy. Some might be Muslim and some might not eat pork at all. Everyone should be sensitive enough.

The room is good, enough space & I have stayed 7days.

On my third or fourth day, another guest stayed next door & very noisy. I can hear when they play tv, when the baby is crying, & the kids playing at the corridor. The upper floor, they keep dragging chairs or furniture.

The room is clean super worth the price. It's affordable. Plus we get to upgrade our room from deluxe to suite room for FREE. The pool is also nice.

The food. I just want to be honest as possible, we had plated breakfast this morning. They only have 1 hotdog , 2 longganisa and regarding with the taste they have to improve it. The service. They need to have a quick and efficient room service.
